Sasha is curious. 

She asks questions, she listens, and she never stops learning. Sasha is a life-long student of diverse movement arts & disciplines, from dance and pole to aerial and partner acrobatics. Her teaching is inspired and informed by her training with movements leaders around the world, including Marlo Fisken, Paperdoll Militia, Lux (SeattleAcro), PJ Perry, Aaron Koz (CircKoz), Emily Scherb (the Circus Doc), and many others. As a former pro ski patroller, multi-disciplinary athlete, and almost-physiotherapy student, she's got intensive training in anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention.

This depth of experience and perpetual curiousity have shaped her in to an informed teacher who's passionate about helping students pursue their goals with safety, efficiency, and a whole lot of fun.
